fairground organ? Watch and wonder … or just close your eyes and let its sounds take you back in time.

The Heart of England Ferret Association
Dispel the ferret myths and find out about ferret ownership from The Heart of England Ferret Association.
Formed in 2005 by a group of like minded ferret owners who realised that small ferret rescues, run from individuals’ homes, often did not have the time or resources to raise the funds needed to pay for food and veterinary treatment, particularly during the summer months when they are inundated with pregnant jills and unwanted kits. So HEFA was born with the purpose of raising these much needed funds by attending various events from village and school fetes to large country shows and medieval fayres and also holding ferret shows.
There will be a tented stall with tombola and ferret related goodies to buy, their ferret race track and, of course, the ferrets. They typically run a ferret race every half hour throughout the day allowing you a chance for a little flutter. Between races HEFA spend their time talking to you about ferret ownership and allowing you to stroke and handle the ferrets and dispel the myths - you know, the ones about them stinking and biting!
